Class Schedule

Shape Your Life classes are held Sunday afternoons from 2:00-3:30. The current session runs from January 14 – April 15, 2018.

SYL participants who have completed the program are welcome to come by our SYL Graduates boxing session on Sunday afternoons from 3:45-5:00, followed by a weekly yoga session exclusive to SYL Grads on Sunday evenings from 5:00-6:00. Participation is free and TTC tokens are provided.

SYL Class – Sunday 2:00 – 3:30

SYL Grad’s Class – Sunday 3:45 – 5:00

Yoga – Sunday 5:00 – 6:00

Classes take place at Bloor Street Boxing & Fitness, 2295 Dundas Street West in Toronto.
